Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns: 30 days
Hatchlift products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition it was received.Return authorization is required. Email us firstname.lastname@example.org the order number, shipping address and the reason for the return. We will email the Return Authorization Number. All return items are subject to a 20% restock fee. Please note the original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping costs are the purchasers responsibility. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. No credit will be issued for returns without the return authorization.
Exchanges: 30 days
Hatchlift Products will provide for a one time exchange of gas spring(s) per order when requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.Exchange policy only applies to Hatchlift kits and Bedlift kits.Please email us at email@example.com with your order number, shipping address and the size springs you would like to exchange. Upon receipt of the exchange springs, you are required to return the original gas springs. Hatchlift does not pay for return shipping charges.
BEDLIFT KIT GAS SPRING REPLACEMENT POLICY
Bedlift Kit Gas Springs may be replaced one time at no charge with alternate Bedlift Kit gas springs within 30 days of the date of sale. You do not have to return the incorrect springs.
